Yes, insurance is mandatory at our community. You will need to have at least $100,000 dollars in liability coverage for your apartment. If you have not purchased a policy, you will be automatically enrolled in SPM's CLIP Resident Liability Insurance Program. If you have opted to obtain the required liability insurance through a third party, please upload proof of coverage (declarations page) at the link here. The policy is not personal liability insurance or renter's insurance. The policy does not cover any of your personal belongings, additional living expenses, or liability arising out of bodily injury or property damage to any third party. Once you have submitted your completed documents along with any required verification, we will verify your rental history, credit history, and income. Our approval process usually takes no more than 72 hours.

Residences at The Green offers a handy online resident portal where residents are able to set up automatic payments using a bank account, credit card, or debit card. You can use this portal to to schedule a one-time payment or set up recurring payments. We also accept personal checks, money orders, and cashiers checks in the office. We do not accept cash payments for rent. 

We are proud to offer residents pre-wired Spectrum Customized Property Wide Wifi Solutions with Blazing Speed. There is a mandatory monthly fee of $75.00 for Cable and High Speed WiFi.

Yes, you can choose to end your lease early. Breaking your lease will result in the fee amount specified in your leasing agreement. 60-day notice is required when you are breaking your lease, and you must pay the fee and turn in your keys on the day you vacate your home. You also have the option to pay off your remaining lease. We do not allow lease take overs or subleasing. This information will be explained within the terms of your lease and as always, we are happy to answer any questions and provide clarification. 

Setting up utilities is easy at Residences at The Green, simply visit Peace River Electric Cooperative at https://www.preco.coop/ to set up your power. You will be billed for Water/Sewer via our third party billing partner, YesEnergy, each month.

Utilities are not included in rent. Residences at The Green has a mandatory services package for Cable/Wifi, trash, recycling, and pest control of $105 per month. ($75.00 for Cable/Wifi, $30.00 Valet Trash 5 days a week with recycling and $10.00 Preventative Pest Control)

Walk-ins are always welcome at Residences at The Green! However, scheduling a tour will ensure our availability at the time you prefer to visit. You can easily schedule a tour on our website from the schedule a tour page. You may also fill out the contact us form or call the office to request a tour. 

Residences at The Green offers eight spacious 1, 2, & 3-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 740 square feet to 1,411 square feet. Visit our floor plans page to see each of our floor plans and the availability of your preferred layout. 

Residences at The Green include a sizeable parking lot for residents to enjoy, along with accessible spots and guest parking. Garages are available to rent, depending on availability. We do not offer recreational parking (Boats, RV's, trailers etc.)

Residences at The Green's resort-inspired pool &  expansive amenity deck are open 9 AM to 10 PM all year, thanks to Florida's subtropical climate. Residents may bring up to two guests to the pool and must be present for the duration of their visit. If the pool or deck is closed for cleaning or inclement weather, we will alert residents to the closure. 

We love pampering Residences at The Green's four-legged friends! Our pet-friendly Lakewood Ranch apartments include an expansive on-site bark park and luxury pet spa to keep your pooch active and clean.

At Residences at The Green, we understand laundry care is a major concern in apartment living. To provide our residents with the best experience, every residence at our community includes a full-size washer and dryer. 

Residences at The Green is a pet-friendly Lakewood Ranch apartment community! We welcome two pets per apartment. There is a $400 one-time fee, and pet rent is $45 per month. Breed and height restrictions apply. Pet rent and fees listed are per pet. To ensure the tidy nature of our grounds, dogs must be enrolled in our POO ID program. The cost of enrollment is $55 per pet. Contact us for more information regarding our pet policies.

Each of our 1, 2, or 3-bedroom apartment homes includes a sleek, stainless steel appliance package, including a flat top stove & oven, oversized refrigerator, built-in microwave, and dishwasher. Each of our homes also includes a full-size washer and dryer. 

No, homes are not furnished at Residences at The Green in Lakewood Ranch, Florida. 

Yes! If you are in need of a furnished apartment, we can connect you with our partner, CORT Furniture. In addition to providing rental furnishings, CORT can supply items such as linens, cookwear, electronics, and decor. 

While Residences at The Green offers ample parking for residents and guests, we do not offer covered parking. Garage rentals are offered at our community depeneding upon availability. 

We will thoroughly clean and inspect your apartment before you move in, address any maintenance issues, and provide a checklist for you to fill out and note any additional issues that are present upon your move-in. This checklist will be reviewed upon your move-out to ensure you are not charged for existing damages.

No, you do not have to be present if you have given us permission to enter while you are not home.

Yes! Residences at The Green is a full-service apartment community, and we proudly provide on-site maintenance, along with 24-hour emergency maintenance.

If your apartment is in need of maintenance service you can reach out to our team in several ways. Simply submit a service request via your online resident portal or call, email, or drop by the office at your conveneince. The resident portal is the most efficient way to notify our team of non-emergency maintenance needs. 

We offer 24-hour emergency maintenance service at Residences at The Green. Please note, if you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 immediately. If you are experiencing a maintenance emergency, do not place a request via the resident portal. Call 1-941-757-3352 and you will be given the option to choose emergency maintenance from our menu. This will quickly route your call to the appropriate party. 

Residences at The Green is on a keyfob system and does not charge for after hour lock outs. Our friendly manager and assistant managers will authorize any neccesary lockout service to ensure the person we are granting access to is a lease holder at our community. 

Residences at The Green is near several grocery stores in the Lakewood Ranch area. Our apartments on Monument Drive are directly across from (Winn-Dixie Closed and we are waiting for Fresh Market to go in) and less than half a mile from Publix Super Market at Lakewood Walk. Not only are there five other Publix Super Markets nearby, you'll also find Aldi, Walmart Supercenter, The Fresh Market, and Whole Foods Market just minutes from our community. 

It's easy to find a great cup of coffee when you live at Residences at The Green! Not only do we have a deluxe coffee station on-site, but our apartments are surrounded by great options for Java lovers! KeKe's Breakfast Café is a 2 minute walk from our community, and Starbucks and Panera Bread are only 5 minutes away. Doxa Coffee House, Cool Breeze Coffee, Dunkin', and Wawa are also close by. 

Travelers can enjoy the convenience of a short commute as Sarasota Bradenton International Airport is only 12 miles from our 1, 2, & 3-bedroom apartments.

Lakewood Ranch is a neighborhood within the North Port, Bradenton, Sarasota metro in Manatee County. Our community is also near the stunning Key beaches that run along Florida's Gulf Coast.
